How We'll Do It

To build key AI competencies and promote its responsible, strategic application, we’ve designed a training plan structured in four key phases:

Phase 1: Foundation

In this phase, you'll receive the complete map to understand the world of Artificial Intelligence. You’ll discover why AI is a game-changer, how it’s reshaping the world you know, and—most importantly—the benefits that await when you master it. Get ready for a panoramic view that reveals the true power of this technology.
Guidance: Explorer’s map — vision, context, and purpose.

Phase 2: Core Cycle

You’ve seen the map—now it’s time to gear up. This phase equips you with essential tools and knowledge to begin integrating AI solutions into your everyday work. You'll learn practical tips and strategies to start seeing AI as an extension of your own capabilities. Time to roll up your sleeves!
Here’s where theory meets practice, and your role as an explorer truly begins.

Phase 3: AI in Processes

It’s time to look at your environment through a new lens. With your new tools, you’ll now level up. In this phase, you’ll learn to identify where and how AI can transform key processes. We’ll think big: where can we redesign and automate to add real value? This is for those ready to optimize and work smarter, using AI to go further.
This is when you begin to see opportunities where there was once only routine.

Phase 4: Specialized AI

Now you’re ready to create. In the final phase, you'll apply what you’ve learned to design and lead smart solutions. This is where your knowledge comes together and your proposal is born — an AI-powered solution that solves, transforms, and leaves a mark. You’ll focus on specific projects, using AI to tackle complex challenges and turn ideas into real results.
